Why We’re Building on Legacy Lane

At First Citizens Wealth Management, we spend our days helping individuals and families plan, grow and protect legacies across generations. Last legacies don’t happen by accident; they’re built deliberately, over time, on solid foundations.

That’s why our team is proud to support Habitat for Humanity of North Central Iowa through this year’s Build a Thon.
Our project, Legacy Lane, represents a small neighborhood where every home tells a story. Each house reflects a different stage of life — from a starter home, to a family home, to a retirement home — and the careful planning that helps individuals and families move confidently from one chapter to the next. Just like financial planning, a strong home begins with a solid foundation, thoughtful design, and a commitment to long term stability.

Habitat for Humanity does more than build houses. They help families build strength, self reliance, and opportunity, values that align closely with the work we do every day. Safe, affordable housing creates the foundation families need to grow, thrive, and pass something meaningful on to the next generation.

Every dollar raised through our page helps make homeownership possible for local families right here in North Iowa. Your support helps turn planning into action and blueprints into real homes.
